What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive examination of the accessible areas of the property, from the rooftop to the foundation. We’re trained to identify defects and report the current state of systems and components of the home.
General Home Inspection - $350
A general inspection will cover all accessible components and systems of the home such as the roof, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc. For homes over 2,500 square feet, see pricing under “Square Footage and Age”.
Termite Inspection - $75
Performed by an Ohio licensed Termite Inspector to search for evidence and presence of termites.
Radon Inspection - $150
A written report of the amount of radon found in the home over the span of the 48 hour test.
Square Footage and Age
$50 additional for every additional 500 square feet for homes larger than 2,500 square feet. For homes larger than 5,000 square feet, please call for a quote.
$50 additional for every 50 years of age the home has.
Commercial Inspections
$0.25 per square foot
Commute
$50 additional for 1 hour commute. $25 additional for each subsequent half hour. Our business is based in Carlisle, Ohio.
